Pre-set Design Packages

We want to get to know who you are, what your likes and dislikes are, what your vision for you wedding is, and most of all who you are as a couple. We use these details as inspiration for your design. We don't just want your guests to walk in and see another pretty wedding we want them to walk in and see reflections of you in how the room feels, how it looks and know they are experiencing YOUR wedding not just A wedding. 


We are not here to take over the process, it's your wedding and we want you to have a say in each step and selection. We also believe that not only should your wedding day be easy and stress free but so should the whole process leading up to it. Once you have chosen your planner, they will partner with you on creating your design and take you through our simple 4 step design process which gives you all the input you want (or not if you are that kind of couple!) and makes the whole experience easy.


1. Initial Consult

You will go through our Style Questionnaire with your planner and they will find out all the details both big and small about what you want and what you need!


2. Sample Selection

You will meet with your planner, in your venue (because wall color, carpet color and lighting can really change how some things look), to select all the elements of your guests tables. Your planner will bring only the best options that fit your vision and your budget. You and your planner will present the ideal combinations and you get to  mix and match until we come up with a design that you love. There are more guest tables in the room than anything else, so once these are created your planner will design the rest of your elements around them.


3. Initial Design Presentation

Your planner will meet with you to review the choices made at the sample selection meeting and then present options for all other elements. The elements included will be dependant on wether you have chosen a Basic Design or a Complete Design (see below for details). They will guide you through the process of choosing the options that work the best together and create a complete and cohesive design.


4. Final Design Presentation 

In your final meeting, your planner will present your entire design based on all the choices you have worked together on as well as the final budget. Your design budget is then submitted to your planner and they handle all the execution steps and you get to sit back and relax from that point on!


Behind the scenes your planner will be taking care of all the bookings, payments, set up and take down. All you have to do is show up, be wowed and enjoy the evening with your family and friends.


You have a choice of applying our design process to either a Basic Design or a Complete Design. 

Basic Design

Elements that are included in design:

  • Table Linens (linen, overlay, runner, napkin, etc.
  • Chairs (chair wraps, chair covers, chair sashes, specialty chairs, etc.)
  • Centrepieces
  • Head Table and Backdrop or Alternate
  • Cake Table, Guest Book Table, Signing Table, etc.
  • Stationary
  • Basic Lighting





THE INVESTMENT FOR THIS PACKAGE IS $2,550.00

Complete Design

Elements that are included in design:

  • Table Linens (linen, overlay, runner, napkin, etc.
  • Chairs (chair wraps, chair covers, chair sashes, specialty chairs, etc.)
  • Centrepieces
  • Head Table and Backdrop or Alternate
  • Cake Table, Guest Book Table, Signing Table, etc.
  • Stationary
  • Favours
  • Complete Lighting Concept
  • Room Decor (wall draping, ceiling treatment, etc)
  • Any other design elements the planner deems necessary to meet the clients' objectives.
