Event Staff
Becoming part of our Event Staff team is the first step to getting involved with Reflections and the first step to applying for the Program for Independent Consultants or PIC.
Being a part of our Event Staff is a great way to get a first hand glimpse of what the wedding and event industry is really all about and a great way to start gaining experience.
Fill out the form below and you will be added to our Event Staff list and will receive emails when an opportunity arises.
Event requests will indicate the date, time, location, pay, number of spots available and supervisor. Spots will be filled on a first come first serve basis, with members wanting to join PIC getting first choice.
You need to respond to each email even if you are not available, unresponsive members will be taken off the list.
In the form below you must indicate if you are planning on joining the PIC, as working as Event Staff is part of the training and working interview and therefore those who want to be involved at the higher level will get first rights to Event Staff openings.
