 Description
Design Questionnaire
The Design Questionnaire is filled out by the client for the purpose of allowing the Consultant to get to know the client's vision, likes, dislikes, hobbies, etc.
 Initial Questionnaire
During the Initial Consultation meeting, the Consultant will go over the Design Questionnaire with the client to clairify all points, photos, and ideas for the purpose of assisting the Consultant in creating the Design
On Site Sample Selection
Before the Design Outline is created samples from all suppliers will be chosen based on the clients Initial Consult and Design Questionnaire. 
  • Your consultant will meet with you at your site to look at table linen, chair and centerpiece options. Sample categories include:
  • Linens (table linen, overlay, runner, napkin)
  • Chairs (chair cover, chair wrap, chair sash, rental chairs)
  • Centerpiece containers (excluding florals) 
  • Table decor items (charger plates, speciality flatware, dinnerware and glassware, votives, etc)

You will choose your preferred option in each sample category and the Design Outline will be based on the choices made at this meeting.

Design Outline
  A Complete Design Outline includes the following elements:
  • Table Linens (linen, overlay, runner, napkin, etc)
  • Chairs (chair wraps, chair covers, chair sashes, chair rentals, etc)
  • Centerpieces
  • Stage and Backdrop
  • Sign In Table, Gift Table, any other prefieral tables needed.
  • Stationary (table numbers, place cards, menus, programs, etc.)
  • Favors
  • Complete Lighting Concept
  • Room Decor (wall draping, ceiling treatment, etc)
  • Any other design elements the consultant deems necessary to meet the objectives set by the client
Design Budget
 A summary of the Design costs broken down by category.
 Design Presentation Meetings
Initial Design Presentation Meeting to present the design to the client for the purpose of discussing any changes that the client would like to see. 
Final Design Presentation Meeting to present the final design, after edits based on the Initial Design Presentation, for the purpose of getting final design and budget approval from the client.
Bookings and Payments
 All decor items, elements and suppliers will be booked through Reflections Weddings. Once the design and budget have been approved at the Design Presentation Meeting, the decor budget will be forwarded to Reflections Weddings to handling all bookings, deposits and final payments.
 Design Execution
We will finalize and confirming design and budget with you, finalize invoices and orders with suppliers, create the production schedule and distributing it to suppliers and site. 
 Set Up and Strike
Event design set up includes setting up all decor outlined in the Design Presentation. Some set up may be handled by vendors or suppliers due to liability. Full strike and clean up of all decor items and elements, managing rental pick ups and personal items returned to you.
